I've been looking for an adult basketball program for a long time, and finally found it. Excellent coaches, diverse training that works on both technique and overall physical development. Highly recommend.
Been training for a month now. Really love the approach, the training process, and the team. Coach dedicates time to both drills and gameplay. Great facilities and equipment for full training, clean locker room, spotless showers. Training schedule is well-organized, always the perfect number of people. Plus, very reasonable pricing. A great alternative to the gym.
Brought my son here, and after just the first session he said he wants to be a basketball player. After a couple of his sessions, I realized I could train too. We go to morning groups—there are two coaches for adults and kids, which is awesome. I can set an example for my child. Training is fun and varied. Best replacement for any fitness gym.
