Brought my son here, and after just the first session he said he wants to be a basketball player. After a couple of his sessions, I realized I could train too. We go to morning groups—there are two coaches for adults and kids, which is awesome. I can set an example for my child. Training is fun and varied. Best replacement for any fitness gym.
