Even the youngest child can begin to learn all aspects of the game. The Youth Basketball Program is a special training designed for young children, Kindergarten-4th Grade. FOCUS: ball-handling, passing, shooting, jump stops, rip throughs, dribble attacks, shooting, defense, rebounding, and much much more! This program will provide fun opportunities for youth basketball players to learn the game of basketball.

Session Plan

This is the most comprehensive program available to middle school players, high school players and teams. The Elite Level classes maintain a strong focus on the fundamental skills. A player will maintain a vision for advancement in skills and respect for the game. This program is intended for those players who seek to become better acquainted with the sport of basketball and who intend to play for their school team, travel team, AAU, or college. Focus: ball handling, shooting, footwork, defensive movement as well as positioning, movement, rebounding, and other skills development areas.
