Flow Basketball is committed to improving our basketball courts for the future generations of kids who love the game of basketball.

We offer training classes, travel teams, and camps & clinics for girls ages 9-18 that focus on building individual skills, basketball IQ, mental preparation and team connectedness. We provide year-round programming with age-appropriate building blocks across all four seasons. Our curriculum connects the three layers of training: individual, 3-on-3, and 5-on-5. Our girls learn to be supportive, positive, encouraging teammates who help make the rest of their team better.
