M14Hoops is a basketball skills development company that is dedicated to helping youth through the game of basketball. We have a proven record of getting results, no matter where the player is at: beginner to advanced. Our programs are customized to each player’s needs to ensure progress. Coaching Experience
Coach Grant grew up in Rochelle, Illinois, and was a gym rat from a very early age. He was a four year starter at Rochelle Township High School becoming the third all-time leading scorer with 1540 points, finishing 13th all time in 3 pointers made in Illinois History. He then attended Highland Community College leading them to the national tournament where Grant scored 32 points against eventual national champions Jones County. He finished the season finishing 5th in the country with 114 made three pointers.Grant earned a Division 1 scholarship to play for Indiana State, where he played 2 years and finished 2nd in 3pt percentage in 2015 in the Missouri Valley. Grant completed his college career playing one year at Div. II Arkansas tech again helping his team qualify for the national tournament. After college Grant began coaching high school basketball in Indianapolis. This is where Grant became associated with M14 working at the Indianapolis location. In 2021, he moved to Phoenix, AZ continuing coaching and training players of all ages. Grant has a deep passion for the game of basketball and helping players develop their skills to achieve their dreams. He has lived the principles of M14: hard work, dedication, teamwork, and dreaming big, and is excited to continue sharing the principles with the players in the Phoenix community.
Session Plan
Our system of development ensures each player obtains maximum results in our program. All players have to be evaluated before they can train with M14Hoops. This evaluation allows us to place each player in the correct spot in our program as well as create a customized curriculum tailored to each player's needs.
