1 Lane Agility Test 1 Video Physical abilities, Movement, Speed, Agility, Defensive stance and slides The Professional Lane Agility Test, performed by all players at the NBA pre-draft combine. The goal is to sprint around a paint as quickly as possible in one direction and then back. Throughout the test, the body must be facing the baseline all the time, meaning you alternate between sprinting forward, performing a defensive shuffle to one side, backpedaling, shuffling to the other side, and repeating the sequence in the opposite direction.
2 Dribbling double-B-Legs 10 Video Dribbling and Ball handling Continious dribbling between the legs at stationary position (10 times).
3 Dribbling Combo 10 Video Dribbling and Ball handling Combination of different dribbles while moving back and forth on the court. Each round includes three components - crossover left-right, between-the-legs, and behind-the-back dribbles, then quickly return the ball in front to start the next round (5 sets moving forward, and 5 sets moving backward).
4 Dribbling B-Back skipping 10 Video Dribbling and Ball handling Behind the back dribbling while shifty skipping on the floor (10 reps).
5 Tennis Dribble 5 each Video Coordination, Dribbling and Ball handling Dribble the basketball while tossing up a tennis ball at the same time. Five times with each hand. Make sure your hand catching the tennis ball always looks down. Pay attention on quick and hard dribbling here.
6 Tennis Dribble B-Legs 10 Video Coordination, Dribbling and Ball handling Dribbling between the legs sprinting a short distance (few feet) and tossing up a tennis ball at the same time (10 reps).
7 Beating a defender 4 Video Dribbling, Ball handling and Finishing at the Rim Beat the defender off the dribble. You have four attempts, so use four different ways to get past the defender - between the legs, behind the back, spin move, crossover, or whatever you best. Execute these moves as you would in a real game, using hard and powerful dribbles.
8 Revers Mikan Shots 4 VideoVideo Shooting The variation of the Mikan drill - 4 reverse lay-ups from under the hoop with proper footwork (1 point ech). Your body faces the court, and you shoot with the inside hand, which is closer to the baseline.

Doesn't matter you made or missed, you grab your own rebound and sprint across the court to the right wing, then to the left wing, then to the right corner amd then to the top. You'll repeat one more round to get 10 total shots. Each shot is worth 3 points.
12 Star 3pt shots off a pass 10 Video Shooting This is more advanced Star-drill. Now you need to toss the ball slightly to the side and make a small shift before taking the shot. Catch the ball on the move and shoot with limited preparation, just like in a real game. Each successful shot counts for 3 points.
13 Free Throws 4 Video Shooting Free throws (4 attempts)
