The Professional Lane Agility Test, performed by all players at the NBA pre-draft combine. The goal is to sprint around a paint as quickly as possible in one direction and then back. Throughout the test, the body must be facing the baseline all the time, meaning you alternate between sprinting forward, performing a defensive shuffle to one side, backpedaling, shuffling to the other side, and repeating the sequence in the opposite direction. |

You'll repeat one more round to get 10 total shots. Each shot is worth 3 points. |
